Whisk ß
• The whisk is suitable for whisking whole eggs,
white of egg, "toppings" for desserts, instant
pudding and double cream.
Please note: Do not use the whisk for
making batter!
- First place the bowl and the coupling.
- Then place the whisk (fig. 17) and put the
ingredients into the bowl.
- Put the cover.
- Place the pusher into the food chute to shut it
off (fig. 18).
- Set the switch (N) to position 3 (fig. 19)
(see tables on pages 8-10).
Citruspress
• How to use the citruspress?
- First place the bowl and then the coupler as
indicated in the instructions for use of the food
processor.
- Position the juice sieve as indicated in fig. 20.
- Turn the juice sieve in the direction of the arrow
(fig. 21) until the locating lug clicks into the
safety lock.
- Position the cone (fig. 22).
- Select the lowest speed 1 and switch the food
processor on (fig. 23).
- Push the halved citrus fruit firmly down onto the
cone (fig. 24).
From time to time interrupt the operation to
remove pulp from the juice sieve. Then switch
off and remove the bowl together with juice
sieve and cone.
• After use
- To prevent spillage, remove the bowl together
with the citrus press accessory.
- Remove pulp from the cone and from the juice
sieve.
- Rinse the parts immediately after use. Then you
may wash them in hot soapy water.
• Tasty juices
100 cc cold milk
100 cc orange juice
150 cc grapefruit juice
1.5 spoonful of custard sugar
2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
Mix these ingredients in the blender accessory or
in the bowl (using the metal blade).
200 cc orange juice
juice of a half lemon
4 ice cubes
soda
Pour the fruit juice into a drinking glass. Add the
ice cubes. Fill the glass up with soda.
150 cc orange juice
150 cc grapefruit juice
4 ice cubes.
Pour the fruit juice into a drinking glass. Add the
ice cubes.
Juice extractor
• Before processing, pre-cut carrots, winter
radishes, etc., peel citrus fruit, pineapple,
melon and remove stones from cherries,
plums, apricots, peaches, etc.
• First switch on the motor. Next, insert the
ingredients into the juice extractor.
• From time to time interrupt the operation to
remove pulp from the juice sieve and filter.
• Do not process too large portions. Stop as
soon as the appliance begins to vibrate
excessively. Then clean the juice sieve and
the filter.
How to assemble
- First place the bowl and then the coupler.
- Place the filter inside the juice sieve (fig. 25).
- Position the juice sieve (fig. 26).
- Place the lid on to the bowl. Turn the lid in the
direction of the arrow until the locating lug clicks
into the safety lock (fig. 27).
How to use
- Switch the foodprocessor on.
Select the highest speed 3 (fig. 28).
- Let the fruit etc. fall into the juice extractor via
the food chute (fig. 29).
- Press the fruit etc. down with the pusher. Keep
the pusher in the food chute whenever possible
to prevent splashing (fig. 30).
- Let the appliance run for an extra 20 secs. to
extract all the juice.
- To prevent spillage, remove the bowl together
with the juice extractor accessory after use.
