Philips warranty applies provided the product is handled properly for its intended use.
Philips warranty will not apply if it appears during the repair process that:
- the reported failure is caused by improper handling or accidents
- the monitor is not defective and is within the specification
- the monitor has been altered or repaired by non authorised persons
If warranty claims are determined to be invalid, Philips may invoice the customer for all related repair,
verification and transportation costs.
