Before using
Read the instructions carefully. They contain important
information for the use, safety and maintenance of the
appliance. Keep them in a safe place and transfer them to a
possible succeeding user.
Only use the appliance for the purpose mentioned in these
instructions. When using pay particular attention to the
following safety advice.
Safety advice
Only connect the appliance to alternating current -with
a rated voltage according to the rating plate - to a correctly
installed earthed socket. Cable and plugs must be dry.
The appliance is designed for short time opera-
tion. In case larger amounts are ground, switch
off the appliance after 1 minute of operation in
order to allow the appliance to cool down.
Only grind coffee with this appliance.
Maximum capacity 50 g.
Do not pull the cord over sharp edges or jam it, and
protect it from heat and oil.
Do not put the appliance on hot surfaces, such as hot
plates or near unshielded gas flames.
Do not disconnect the appliance by pulling at the cord
or grip the cord with wet hands.
Only remove the lid after the fly cutter has stopped.
This appliance is not meant to be used by persons (includ-
ing children) with reduced physical, sensorial or mental
capacities or in absence of the necessary experience
and/or knowledge - unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety and from whom they get
instructions on how to use the appliance.
Keep out of reach from children.
If any of the following happens, do not use the
appliance and unplug it immediately;
- if the appliance or cord is damaged, or
- if there is defect after a fall or similar.
In these cases have the appliance repaired.
