1. FUNCTIONS SELECTOR KNOB: to select functions.
2. COOKING TIME SELECTOR KNOB: to switch on/off and to set cooking cycle duration.
3. THERMOSTAT SELECTOR KNOB: to set cooking cycle temperature.
4. THERMOSTAT LED: switches on during heating up.
ON/OFF
To switch the oven on, a cooking time must be set (also with manual duration).
Turn the time knob to 0 to switch the oven off and thus also end a cooking cycle.
START A COOKING CYCLE
• Turn the selector knob to the desired function.
For a full description of functions see the table at page 15.
• Select a cooking time using the cooking time selector knob (also with manual duration).
• Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the desired temperature. The red thermostat led lights up and
switching off again when the oven reaches the selected temperature.
SET DURATION
To set cooking time turn the knob right round in a clockwise direction and position it to the desired
duration.
This selector can be used to set the cooking cycle duration between 15 and 120 minutes or to select
manual duration. At the end of the set cooking time the oven switches off and the selector remains
positioned at 0 .
Otherwise, to use the oven in manual mode, therefore without setting a cooking time, make sure that the
knob selector is turned to the symbol. To end the cooking cycle, position at 0 the selector knob.
GRILL
To adjust the grill power level in Grill and Turbo grill functions, turn the thermostat knob. The temperature
indicated on the control panel corresponding to the level of grill power. There are defined 3 levels of
power: low (50-150 °C), medium (150-220 °C), high (220-250°C).
