13. Do not use the device outdoors.
14. Do not leave the cable on the side of the object. Keep it away from hot surfaces.
15. Do not keep the device near hot gas or electrical cookers, or in a hot oven.
16. Only use the device for its intended purpose. It is only intended for use in domestic
conditions.
17. Only connect the device to a power source with the appropriate voltage. Always keep
the plug clean.
18. Do not fill the container beyond its stated capacity. The maximum capacity is marked
on the container.
19. Plug the device into its own socket, separate from other devices. Always connect the
power plug firmly to the socket. Do not insert the plug with wet hands. Do not touch the
steam nozzle or the lid.
Be careful when handling the power cord. When pulling out the power cord, hold the plug.
20. Always begin blending with lid and lid plug firmly in place. Do not operate blender with
the lid removed. The lid plug should be removed only when adding ingredients and when
using the tamper.
21. Do not use the device near open ames or wet areas.
22. Only use the device on stable and heat-proof surfaces.
23. Take off all foreign objects before using the device.
24. Any user who has not fully read the usage and safety precautions in this manual may
neither use nor clean this device.
25. The tamper fitting your container can only be used when the lid is firmly locked in
place.
Use the lid and the tamper that fit your container. Lids and tampers are not
interchangeable between different container styles, types, and sizes. If a tamper came with
your container, it is the correct tamper for use with the container.
26. When blending hot liquids or ingredients, use causion; spray or escaping steam may
cause scalding and burns.
Do not fill the container to the maximum capacity. Keep hands and other exposed skin
away from the lid opening to prevent possible burns.
27. Never touch moving parts. Switch off the appliance and wait until the blades stop
moving before removing the container from the motor base and opening the container.
28. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from power supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
29. Do not leave or store foreign objects, such as spoons, forks, knives or the lid plug in the
container. Starting the blender with a foreign object in the container will damage the
blender and may cause injury.
