Choosing the language
There is a choice of four languages available for the screen menus:
• DEUTSCH (German)
• ENGLISH
• NEDERLANDS (Dutch)
• FRANCAIS (French)
1. Press the key MENU, and then three times on the scroll down key. On
the screen appears "SETTING". Confirm with OK, on the screen
appears "HANDSET SETTING".
2. Press OK and then scroll down once, on the screen appears
"LANGUAGE". Confirm with OK and use the keys scroll up and down
to make your choice.
3. To store your choice, press OK. A confirmation beep is heard and the
setting is stored.
Turning automatic answer on and off
When you choose for automatic answer, at an incoming call, the handset
automatically opens the line when you lift the handset out of the base or
charger. You may no longer press the talk key (OK).
The default setting is OFF.
1. Press the key MENU, and then three times on the scroll down key. On
the screen appears "SETTING". Confirm with OK, on the screen
appears "HANDSET SETTING".
2. Press OK and then scroll down twice, on the screen appears
"AUTOMATIC ANSWER". Confirm with OK and use the keys scroll up
and down to make your choice between ON and OFF.
3. To store your choice, press OK. A confirmation beep is heard and the
setting is stored.
