The dealer begins to turn over the ice cream cards so that all
players can easily and clearly see the card at the same time.
Players use their memory skills to watch the colors of ice
cream cards being turned over and being placed upon the
pile. Players are carefully watching for any color of ice cream
scoop to be shown two times on a card. The dealer should be
careful to keep the discard pile neat so as not to show the
colors that have been turned over.
Watch Out! If a color of ice cream appears a second time,
on the turned over cards by the dealer, players have the
chance to win the entire pile of uncovered cards in this
round!

Place the sundae (without lid) in the center of the table.
Make sure it stands at a more or less equal distance from
each player. Shuffle the ice cream cards and put them face
down in a pile.
How to Play
Play in a clockwise direction. Whoever has most recently
eaten raspberry ice cream, may start. If you cannot agree,
the youngest player starts and takes the pile of cards.
This player is now the dealer. The object of the game is to be
the player that has the most ice cream cards at the end of
the game.
