you can eliminate the problem yourself.

Appliance / model designation including 7-digit reference
number
e. g. Ref. no. 23 12 003 and date of manufacture 2014-11
(This information can be found on the rating plate of the
appliance.)
or the 7-digit reference number.

This will prevent the appliance from accidentally being switched on.
If you were not able to eliminate a problem yourself,
please contact an authorized Fakir / nilco service cen-
ter or a trained technician in your country.
