Set activity data
An important presetting is to
enter your individual pace length
as accurately as possible.
Run or walk a distance where
you know the exact length (ref-
erence distance). For example
the 100 meter track in the ath-
letics stadium.
Count the paces you require
for it.
Divide the reference distance
by the number of paces, and
you will get the step length
(e.g. 100 m / 125 paces =
0.8 m = 80 cm).

Set your pace length for
slow walking (20-250 cm).
