0911 prefix are used for the
SMS Service. 0911 numbers are
charged at 12p for the initial
connection and then at local
call rate thereafter. One SMS
message is sent on each
connection.
General tips for using SMS
IMPORTANT
With your Diverse Executive you
can send and receive (**) SMS
Text Messages.
(**) Messages from mobile
phones can currently only be
accepted from the BT Cellnet
Network. As additional Network
providers are able to support
this service, you will be sent an
advisory SMS Text Message
from Bizzyline (Direct) Ltd.
You must subscribe to your
Networks Caller Display Service
in order to use SMS (Text
Messaging).

Provider is Bizzyline (Direct)
Ltd. Please read the Bizzyline
(Direct) Ltd, Terms and
Conditions for this service before
you send your first SMS text
message. By sending your first
SMS text message you are
agreeing to these terms and
conditions.
Receiving mobile SMS Text
Messages
To enable BT Cellnet mobile
customers to initiate SMS text
messages to your Diverse, they
must use the pre-fix
2023 with
your telephone number before
they send the message. (e.g.
20230123456789).
Delivery of SMS messages
The SMS service will attempt to
deliver a message to you three
times, but if your line is busy or
otherwise unavailable and the
message is undelivered it will be
stored for a maximum of three
days.
